COBH 4937 - Stress Management(3 credits) Acquaints the student with the literature and research on stress and provides a holistic introduction into the theory and practice of stress management that encompasses physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of stress responses. The course uses an experiential approach to applying coping strategies and relaxation techniques covered in class by requiring students to develop and implement a personal stress management project.
