(3 credits)Prerequisites: Completion of COBH 2030 or permission of instructor. This course will introduce students to service-leaning and leadership through the Disaster Response Training program of the American Red Cross. Service projects selected to enhance the classroom components of this course will be required and, if such an event should arise during the course, an opportunity to respond to an actual emergency or disaster will also be included. Students completing this course will be eligible to serve as members of the RESPONSE - ETSU cadre and as American Red Cross Disaster Response Volunteers.
