Prerequisites: ACCT 5000 or equivalent. For M. B. A., M. Acc., and other graduate students with no previous training in finance. An introduction to major finance topics, including the corporation and its institutional environment, analysis of financial statements, operating and financial leverage, interest factors, capital budgeting, and working capital management.
