Prerequisites: MATH 5810 , 2110, 2010, MATH 5047 , and MATH 5057 .

Beginning Spring 2013, the prerequisite will be: MATH 5810  or permission. Nonlinear programming, network theory, reliability theory, decision theory, probabilistic topics. (spring, even years)
