NTFD 5440 - Nutrition Programs: Theory to Application
(4 credits)Prerequisites: Admission into the clinical nutrition program. This course provides a comprehensive overview of nutrition programs at the local, state, and federal level. There will be an opportunity to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate nutrition programs at the local/regional level. The course also offers a practicum experience in community nutrition settings and in the Department of Health.
