NTFD 5452 - Nutrition and Food Service Management Practicum II

(2 credits each)
Prerequisites: Admission into the clinical nutrition program. Practical experience in management of food service operations. A minimum of 32 hours/week will be spent in management functions in health care or school food service facilities.
