SOWK 5403 - Administrative Practices in Human Services Organizations
(3 credits) This course is intended to provide students with knowledge and application skills in organizational theory, administration, and resource development. This course will present theories of organizational development, maintenance, and communication, as well as professional, ethical, and effective functioning within organizational structures. Students will gain knowledge and build skills in the administrative, educational, and supportive functions of supervision.
