ECED 5640 - Designing Physical Environments from an Emergent Inquiry Perspective

(3 credits)

This course provides a perspective and rationale for planning an early learning environment from a Reggio-inspired perspective. It will include appropriate design of space and selection of materials for infants, toddlers, and preschool and primary-aged children. Evaluation of selected early childhood facilities, classrooms, and playgrounds will be required.
