NTFD 5445 - Advanced Macronutrient Nutrition

(3 credit hours)
Prerequisites: Admission to the MS in Clinical Nutrition graduate program or permission of instructor. An advanced study of the physiological, biochemical, metabolic functions, and interactions of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and water in human nutrition and their role in disease development and prevention.
