ANCB 5420 - Advanced Neurobiology

This course involves an analysis of the morphological basis of neural function in vertebrates. Special emphasis will be placed on the biological basis of behavioral processes and will include topics such as neural development at the cellular and system levels, the role of neurotransmitters in neural function, and the biology of neuronal plasticity.
