MATH 5217 - Analysis I

Prerequisites: Mathematics 2210 and 2800.

Beginning Spring 2013, the prerequisite will be: Admission to the math graduate program or permission.

In a setting of the real numbers, a study of sets, functions on sets, algebra and order properties of the real numbers, sequences, sequences of functions, continuous functions, limits of functions, function approximation.
