PHED 2270 - Tennis

Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of tennis and learn to use basic strokes of the serve, return of serve, and ground strokes (forehand and backhand) to play a match. Students will learn proper court positions for executing these strokes and effective movement and court coverage. Some attention will be given to tennis terminology, etiquette, and match procedures so that students can conduct matches properly.
