RADT 3060 - Radiographic Imaging and Quality Assessment(3 credits) Prerequisites: RADT 3000 .
A course which discusses the history and role of computers in modern imaging systems including: picture archiving and communication systems, digital imaging, digital fluoroscopy, computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, sonography, nuclear medicine, mammography, and radiation oncology. Quality assessment will be presented and integrated with imaging systems and modalities. Students will present written and oral reports with an emphasis on the written portion.
