NRSE 4355 - Healthcare Systems and Informatics for Nurses

(4 credits)
Prerequisites: Admission to the RN to BSN program.

Introduces healthcare organizational structures, information systems, and basic concepts of leadership and management. Examines the role of organizational structures and informatics relative to clinical decision making, patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
