(3 credits)Instruction in the terminology, rules, strategies, and skills for sports officials in a variety of sports (Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Softball, Baseball). Officiating mechanics, positioning, and signals are emphasized. Students are required to complete field experience hours outside the classroom.
