PMIN 3100 - Integrated Environment for Applied Learning & Skills I(1 credit) Integrated skills lab series runs the entirety of the didactic curriculum. The skills lab will employ active learning strategies such as scientific experiments, wet labs, pharmaceutical compounding, patient case discussions, and presentations in order to integrate topics throughout the curriculum to augment foundational knowledge and build the skills necessary to be a pharmacist. This course provides an introduction to basic concepts and techniques necessary in the processing of a prescription or medication order, as well as practical experiences on the study of structures and functional aspects of cells, tissues and organs, essential to the understanding of body systems and life processes.
