COUN 5563 - Advanced Counseling Techniques with Children
(3 credits)This course assumes a foundation of basic skills for counseling children has been attained. Through lecture, role-play, video feedback and the use of creative (expressive) arts, students are provided an in-depth experience in skill development using individual and small group counseling and therapy, play therapy, and family interventions, including parent education.
