HSMP 6330 - Health Policy, Advocacy, and Ethics(3 credits) Provides advanced training in the principles of leadership, policy development, and ethical decision-making within public health. Emphasizes leadership development in the areas of policy development and analysis, shared decision-making, creating organizational change, and reducing health inequities. Emphasis is placed on negotiation and consensus building methods, cultural proficiency, and effective advocacy for health policy.
