ENVH 3040 - Environmental Sanitation

Deals with problems of general sanitation, water supply, disposal of excreta, insect and rodent control, sanitary control of milk, shellfish, and other foods, school and camp sanitation, and inspection services. Consideration is given current problems in housing, heating, ventilation, and lighting. Not for environmental health majors
