GEOS 1500 - Introduction to Geospatial Technologies

(3 credits)
Presents fundamental concepts of geospatial analysis and map interpretation are presented; technologies include geographic information systems (GIS), global positioning systems (GPS), cartography, remote sensing, geovisualization and interpretation, internet mapping, and spatial statistics.
