(2 credits)Introduces students to history of pharmacy, prescription terminology, systems of measurement and pharmacy calculations. Students apply appropriate mathematical concepts found within pharmacy practice, including prescription compounding and patient specific determinations. Emphasis on improving and applying problem-solving skills for needs of individual patients.
