(4 credits)Prerequisites/Corequisites: Enrollment in 4th professional year (P4).
Provides the student with insight into the roles, responsibilities, and daily activities of pharmacists in informatics. Also provides the student an opportunity to use technology, data, automation, and the electronic health record. Students will gain a more in depth understanding of the role informatics in the medication use process in health systems, including the prevention of medication errors.
