HDAL 3110 - Child/Family/Community Relations

Prerequisites: HDAL 1110.

Studies the parent-child relationship as it evolves from the prenatal period through adolescence. Theoretical approaches describing the parent-child socialization process will be examined with emphasis on the parenting environment and child outcomes. This course requires 20 hours of service-learning field experience.
