PHIL 5157 - Philosophy of Art

(3 credits)
Prerequisites: Either two courses in either philosophy or art history, or permission of the instructor.

Discusses philosophical issues that arise in our attempts to understand the creation, appreciation, and criticism of the various literary, plastic, and performing arts.
