PSYC 7300 - Mental Health Care Consultation/Administration
(3 credits)This course focuses on health policy and health care functioning as it applies to mental health services and integrated primary care with specific focus on the roles of the psychologist as health care administrator and consultant. Sociopolitical features of the health care system, the role of primary care in our current health care system and differences from the mental health system, and similarities and differences in various primary care settings are included.
