SPED 5620 - Response To Intervention in Mathematics

(3 credits)
Addresses implementation of the Response to Intervention (RTI) framework in mathematics across the K-12 grade span. Participants who have completed a teacher licensure program examine methods for screening students, monitoring progress, providing evidence-based differentiated and tiered interventions, and engaging in professional learning communities to improve RTI in mathematics implementation efforts.
