RHSC 5701 - Clinical Experience in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Rehabilitation

(6 credits)

Provides external exposure to the field of Orthotics, Prosthetics and related rehabilitative disciplines through approved clinical facilities or agencies. The course provides the opportunity to observe and/or facilitate growth in behaviors, skills, and knowledge seen in patient care that define the expected performance of the orthotist and prosthetist upon entry into clinical practice. The course also examines different models and approaches to patient care.
