RHSC 5900 - Orthotics and Prosthetics Culmination

(4 credits)

Provides an overall review and integration of major orthotic and prosthetic courses tying together principles, concepts and theory. The course reviews the effectiveness of treatment with orthoses and prostheses as well as integrates fundamental knowledge of patient evaluation, prescription recommendation, design, techniques and measurement/impressions, fitting and clinical treatment outcome measurement principles.
