CUAI 5450 - Middle School Curriculum and Assessment
(3 credits)Prerequisites:EDFN 5420 or permission of instructor. This course is designed to investigate issues and trends related to curriculum development and assessment of adolescents in the middle grades. Students examine the philosophy of middle grades education; the structure, development, and changing nature of the curriculum for grades 4-8; and the many facets of assessment for students grades 4-8.
