DIGM 5887 - Technical Direction for Animation(3 credits) Prerequisites: DIGM 3130 or permission of instructor. This course will explore advanced digital character animation techniques. Course topics include character setup, inverse kinematics, joints and bones systems, deformers, scripting and set driven key setup. There will be an emphasis on effective character set-up procedures and scripting workflow. (Graduate students taking this course must also take DIGM 5886 Technical Direction Graduate Laboratory.)
