MATH 5040 - Reasoning in Mathematics

(3 credits)
Prerequisites: MATH 1920 or the equivalent. An introduction for teachers to mathematical arguments and reasoning. Topics treated will be drawn from logic, set theory, algebra, analysis, and geometry. (as needed)
