Required of all first-year medical students.
The Learning Community curriculum serves to provide career exploration opportunities as well as a foundation of wellness and leadership to provide students with the necessary skills to be a successful professional. Additionally, the Learning Community curriculum provides the groundwork for the importance of continuous quality improvement and gives students the necessary tools to complete their own quality improvement projects.
