NRSE 6022 - Strategic Planning for Healthcare Delivery

Applies the concepts of strategic planning within the context of the healthcare industry. Issues associated with competing in a changing healthcare environment are explored with a focus on the development of solutions to problems associated with his change. The strategic management of health care delivery is addressed from a variety of perspectives, ranging from those of the insurance industry, to public health facilities, to large health care networks, to small practices of health care providers.
