Applies the concepts of culturally congruent palliative and end-of-life care within the context of the advance practice nurse . Issues associated with families and persons who are severely ill or dying in the health care environment are explored with a focus on the advanced practice nurse (APN) and assessment, management, and evaluation of ethical palliative and end of life care (EOLC) solutions to problems associated with being severely ill and dying.
