BIOL 5177 - Biochemistry of Metabolism Lab

Prerequisites: BIOL 1110 or equivalent and CHEM 2010 /CHEM 2011 or equivalent and CHEM 2020 /CHEM 2021 or equivalent

Corequisites: BIOL 5167

Introduces theory and use of lab instruments and techniques through a series of experiments designed to investigate photosynthesis, electron transport, polymerase chain reactions, and enzyme kinetics. Experiment planning and interpretation of data generated culminates in journal-style reports. One four-hour lab per week.
