COBH 6250 - Program Planning and Design for Public Health(3 credits) Provides students with in-depth analysis of factors contributing to health and disease in populations in light of modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors, including lifestyle behavior patterns, personality and cognitive processes, cultural and spiritual forces, socioeconomic status, age, race, gender, and environmental exposures. Creation of systems-level interventions to address public health issues and concerns is a central outcome of the course, all of which is grounded in dissemination and implementation methodology.
