ENGL 5055 - Composition Pedagogy

(3 credits)

Examines current theory and pedagogical techniques used to teach writing in higher education. This course also requires reflection on personal experiences as writers, teachers, and learners in conjunction with the reading of texts written by experienced writing instructors and researchers, addressing key concepts in composition, such as writing processes, language politics, reflection, and multimodality.
