SCMT 4130 - Sourcing and Supply Management

Prerequisites: Junior standing.

Studies strategic supply management, the cash-to-cash / pay to procure (P2P) cycle, and supplier relationship management. Topics may include targeted sourcing strategies, supplier selection, supplier evaluation, supplier development, supplier negotiations, product / service customization, sourcing performance metrics, quality management, process improvement, and supply management technology.
