METC 1140 - Fundamentals of Engineering Analysis(2 credits) Prerequisites: ACT Math Score of 24 or successful completion of MATH 1710 .
Familiarizes students with the core concepts of the engineering approach to problem-solving. This course provides a hands-on and application-oriented approach to the use of mathematics in engineering. This course provides a survey of mathematics from algebra to calculus including linear equations and statistics with an emphasis on using mathematics as a problem-solving tool through integrated lecture and project-based labs.
