PMPR 7116 - Business Plan Basics for Independent Pharmacy

(2 credits)
Prerequisites/Corequisites: National Community Pharmacy Association (NCPA) membership.

Prepares student to write and present business plan for purchase of an independent community pharmacy. Focuses on variables of ownership and management that may affect business success, including business development, financial planning, capital generation and marketing of an independent pharmacy.
