(3 credits)Examines invasive and noninvasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in respiratory care. Topics include pulmonary function testing, polysomnography, hemodynamic monitoring via arterial lines and pulmonary artery catheters, cardiac diagnostics, pulmonary rehabilitation, stress testing, metabolic cart, bronchoscopy, and chest tube management.
