BRDS 3950 - Introduction to Brewing and Distillation Science

Introduces the science behind brewing, distillation, and fermentation. Topics may include the chemistry, biology, and microbiology of the production of sugar substrates for fermentation, distillation of spirits, and other scientific principles related to these industries.
