HDAL 5277 - Foundations of 21st Century Leadership
(3 credits)Prerequisites: Permission of instructor. Students learn key behaviors and skills critical to the success of leaders facing today’s work force and economic challenges. Individual assessment, feedback, and application of new skills are emphasized. The applied nature of the course is designed for the graduate and returning adult student with significant work, professional, or military experience.
