The Department of Management and Supply Chain includes a Management program and a Supply Chain Management program. The Management program offers study leading to the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Management. Management majors must select one of six concentrations: General Management, Human Resources Management, International Business, Hospitality and Tourism, Organizational Leadership, or Legal Studies. The Supply Chain Management program offers study leading to the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Supply Chain Management. Supply Chain Management majors must select one of three concentrations: Supply Chain Operations and Analytics, Supply Chain Marketing, or Supply Chain Leadership. Programs are designed to equip students with conceptual foundations and practical skills necessary for entry-level positions in both private and public-sector organizations.

MGMT 3000 - Organizational Behavior and Management (3 credits)
MGMT 3510 - Human Resources Management (3 credits)
MGMT 4020 - Organizational Development and Change (3 credits)
MGMT 4460 - Foundations of Leadership: Self, Others, and Context (3 credits)

Minor Information

A minor is a secondary area of study outside of the major program of study with a structured curriculum composed of at least 15 credits, of which at least 6 credits must be at the 3000-level or above.
