The minor in Family Studies consists of 18 credit hours. Fifteen (15) hours of course work are required:
A grade of “C” or above must be earned in all of the course work required for this minor

Family Studies Minor: 18 Credit Hours
A minor is a secondary area of study outside of the major program of study with a structured curriculum composed of at least 18 semester credit hours of which at least 9 hours must be at the 3000-level or above.
Required courses: 15 credit hours
Elective: 3 credit hours
