CIS 0173 - Programming in C# (RODP)

(3 credits)
Prerequisites and Corequisites: Because this is an online course in computer programming, it is important for the student to: Have completed a basic computer literacy course (e.g., CIS100, INFS 1150  ) or receive permission of instructor; Work well independently; Be self motivated; Be computer savvy and feel VERY comfortable getting around on the computer; Have the ability to troubleshoot their own computer problems; Any computer programming experience is helpful but not necessary. An introduction to Microsoft C#. Topics to be covered include: Object Oriented Programming, interface design, controls, decisions, creating menus and dialog boxes, looping, arrays and accessing database files.
