FNCE 5697 - International Investments

Prerequisites: Undergraduate students - FNCE 3220 and 3300; Graduate students - FNCE 5000 and either BADM 5300 or 5360, or permission of instructor. To immerse you in the world of international investments. Advanced course designed to equip students with the theoretical background, quantitative skills, and practical tools required to be successful managers in the field of international investments. Topics will include a review of parity conditions; foreign exchange rate forecasting; benefits of international diversification; international asset pricing; international equity markets, instruments, concepts, and techniques; emerging stock markets; futures, options, international performance analysis; structuring the international process.
