(3 credits) This course is an in-depth exploration of the psychologist in primary care settings with emphasis on the multiple roles of psychologists in those settings, an understanding of prevention and wellness, developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with health care providers, understanding of medical terminology, referral processes and time pressure demands, and other pertinent issues.
