MSDM 5020 - E-Commerce Marketing/Direct Marketing (B2C)


Prerequisites: MSDM 5000  Investigates facets of e-commerce including strategy and management. Emphasis is placed upon planning, launching, and managing metrics, aesthetics, conversion, site development, microdata, responsive design, rich content design and communication of e-commerce with consumers. Other topics may include digital cash, extranet, micropayments and integrated marketing. The course covers omni-channel marketing in relation to e-commerce, direct marketing and how the two are related for optimal return on investment.
