HSCI 2500 - HIV/AIDS: Biology and Beyond

(3 credits)
A study of the social, political, and biological dimensions of HIV/AIDS. The evolution of the HIV/AIDS pandemic and its impact on society and the most current scientific knowledge regarding the biology of HIV, antiviral drugs, and vaccines will be discussed.
